  • reviewing and commenting on project documentation,
  • processing quotations based on project documentation,
  • preparation of budgets and statements of quantities,
  • preparation of schedules and construction organisation plans,
  • selection of subcontractors, materials and equipment required for the construction,
  • control of invoicing of subcontractors,
  • preparation of inventories of works carried out,
  • processing budgets for extra and less work,
  • creation of technical documentation necessary for handing over the work.
